Shipping & Delivery Policy
ForgeApis sells digital products only. No physical items are shipped and no shipping charges apply.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your pattern is available right away:
- A download link appears on your order confirmation page.
- A copy is emailed to the address you used at checkout.
- You can re-download at any time from your account under "Purchases."
If your download does not arrive, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at info@forgeapis.shop and we'll resend it. Patterns are supplied as PDF files, so you'll need a free PDF reader to open them. We aim to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible, typically within 24–48 hours on business days.
